901 glass coating agent practice method

1. Before smearing glass coating, spray a thin layer of moisture on the glass coating area evenly (upon smearing moisture does not drop being benchmark);
2. Drip Si-901 glass coating agent to glass coating sponge for 4-6 drops, first swear it laterally, then swear it vertically with “#” pattern, recommended at 50cm*50cm for each practice area;
3. Wait 1-6 minutes to wipe after smearing, first use a wet towel to wipe with even strength (no need to wipe repeatedly, just spread the glass coating agent), then immediately use a dry towel to wipe the glass coating layer, until the surface is bright and smooth. Wiping duration recommendation: 30℃=within 2 min, 20℃=within 4 min, 10℃=within 6 min, glass coating hardening rate is directly correlated with temperature and humidity, thus it is recommended to measure local temperature and humidity before determining the wiping duration;
4. Check to wipe omission for each part under completion, until the whole vehicle is covered.
5. Single practice of glass coating effectiveness is well enough, nevertheless, the second practice will increase the thickness and durability of the coating film, in this case, please exercise the second practice after the previous one no sooner than 1-2 hours, or combined with the practice of Si-701 premium glass coating overlay.
6. Upon completion of practice, perform subsequent practice according to Top24 plus protectant practice procedures.

Precautions before practice

1. This product is fast Dry, please avoid practicing under the burning sun, otherwise wiping would be impeded;
2. Avoid practice in a temperature environment under 10℃;
3. Please carry out practice under a complete cool-off state of the vehicle body, since vehicle body heat may expedite product hardening rate leading to wiping obstruction;
4. Please completely clear fouling attached to the vehicle body and carry out degreasing before practice;
5. Please read the practice manual in detail and follow the practice procedures there-in.

Note:
1. Do not smear the whole vehicle by one time, to avoid difficulty of post-hardening treatment, please carry out practice part by part;
2. While wiping dry, observe the surface in well lighted location, to avoid remaining residue, and if indoor illumination is inferior, drive the vehicle outdoor to conduct inspection and wiping in full range, to ensure perfect practice quality;
3. After practice, complete hardening of the coating film requires around 1 week, thus do not engage water or rinse the vehicle before complete hardening;
4. This product is a mild irritant to human body, please wear protective gloves if allergic with its practice.

Storage method
1. Sealed storage in shade, optimal for 4-10℃ (avoid high temperature and freezing);
2. Please store out of the range within children touch.
